In different regions of Kazakhstan, it is either UTC+05:00 or UTC+06:00. Kazakhstan does not observe daylight saving time.

In big cities, the mobile network has good connection, but rates for international calls are extremely expensive. Consider buying a local SIM card or signing up for a special international plan to save yourself money.
